At Web Services, we use a structured project management approach to our work. Because most of our services are fee-based, we want to take the time needed make sure we understand your goals and carefully design a project that meets them.
Though smaller projects may be setup with no more than an email “handshake”, in general we prefer to have an initial meeting (for which there is no charge), draw up a set of written requirements, then give you a written quotation. The quote describes the overall project, lists the component tasks, and give time and cost estimates for the work.
For larger projects, we will often build design mockups or a complete prototype that allows us to review, screen by screen, how your site will work.
